The Pharmacist Intern will support the pharmaceutical operations of Hallmark HMO by assisting in medication management, prescription review, and collaboration with healthcare providers. Qualification HND/Bsc Pharmacy or related field Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical care. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
