Partnership Manager Digital Banking (PocketMoni)

Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with fintechs, banks, corporates, and other ecosystem players to expand Pocketmoni's reach and impact. Serve as the primary liaison with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships, high engagement, and consistent value delivery Track and analyze partnership performance, report on KPIs, and recommend strategies to optimize outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to co-create joint offerings, marketing campaigns, and initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus Minimum 3—5 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management, preferably within fintech or digital banking. Proven track record Of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business results. Strong understanding of digital banking, paynent systems, and financial services in Africa.
