Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of a fast-growing herbal company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency across production, supply chain, inventory, and distribution while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and a solid understanding of the herbal or FMCG industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across production, logistics, inventory, and distribution Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety policies Manage supply chain processes, including sourcing of raw herbal materials and vendor relationships Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stock shortages or overstocking Lead, supervise, and mentor operations staff to achieve performance targets Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth business operations Analyze operational data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure proper documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are maintained Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 6–10 years of proven experience in operations management) Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and production processes Experience working with regulatory bodies and quality control standards is an added advantage Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and operations management software Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment Benefits Competitive salary package Opportunities for career growth and professional development Health insurance Performance-based commissions
