Job Summary The Office Assistant/ Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities Resume work at 6:30 AM daily to clean and prepare the office before staff arrival Ensure all workspaces, restrooms, and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-arranged Maintain cleanliness of the office environment throughout the day Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and basic office necessities where required Run official errands as assigned (e.g., dispatch, purchases, deliveries) Provide support for basic administrative tasks when needed Assist staff with minor requests to ensure smooth office operations Ensure proper arrangement of office items and equipment at all times Close for the day at 5:00 PM, ensuring the office is properly secured and locked Requirements Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Good time management and reliability Ability to follow instructions and take initiative Trustworthy and responsible Physically fit to handle cleaning and errands Residence within or around Ikeja is an added advantage Working Hours: 6:30 AM

  • 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, or as applicable).
