Job Summary The Mobile Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven, and high-quality content across Kraks Media’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a highly creative individual who can think on their feet, create content quickly and effectively, and is willing to travel for shoots, events, and field content production. Reports to: Digital & Creative Lead Willingness to travel is important (to handle our clients' work) Responsibilities Develop and execute content ideas and strategies for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. Create high-quality and original mobile-first content, including videos, behind-the-scenes clips, reels, interviews, and social media assets. Capture and produce engaging on-the-go content using mobile devices and other lightweight content tools. Collaborate with the Digital, Production, and Creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience interests. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, pop culture conversations, and emerging content formats to keep content fresh and relevant. Analyse content performance and audience engagement metrics to improve future content direction. Support live event coverage, field shoots, and travel-based content production when required. Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective content delivery. Competencies (with willingness to resume within the shortest possible time) Proficiency in using major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. Strong mobile content creation and storytelling skills. Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing apps/software. Ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos and visuals using mobile devices. Strong copywriting, captioning, and content ideation skills. Good understanding of social media analytics, trends, and audience engagement. Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. Willingness to travel as required for content production and coverage. Qualification & Experience Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role. Proven track record of creating engaging digital content and growing online communities in the media space. Strong portfolio showing mobile content creation, storytelling, and social media work. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field is an added advantage.
