Metering Service Lead

Description

As Metering Service Lead, you will drive prepaid revenue optimization, collection channel performance, and continuous vending availability using analytics and strong operational controls. You’ll contribute to: Own and optimize prepaid revenue performance through trend monitoring and corrective action. Ensure continuous vending availability across payment channels and systems. Safeguard receivables during system migrations and arrears transfers. Reconcile energy allocation, vending, collections, and system balances across CIS, AMI, and related platforms. Prepare accurate and timely regulatory reports on metering and prepaid revenue performance. Produce ageing, low-vending, and variance reports with actionable insights. Maintain accurate prepaid meter records and contribute to continuous process improvement. Drive accountability for revenue outcomes and productivity targets. Ensure compliance with QMS and Occupational Health & Safety standards. Change Management: Leads smooth implementation of system and regulatory changes while protecting revenue integrity. Minimum Requirement This opportunity is a Middle Level Management role. You will provide end-toend oversight of metering-related revenue flows, payment enablement, system reconciliations, and regulatory reporting. This role directly reports to the Head PRMM. Successfully applicants will typically possess the following criteria: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant social science discipline. Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in revenue management, collections, metering operations, or customer payment systems Proven experience in data analysis, database management, and SQL.
