Mechanical/Plumber Technician Supervisor

Job Summary: We’re hiring an experienced Mechanical/Plumber Technician Supervisor to lead our mechanical and plumbing maintenance team at FIFY Technical Services . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and supervisory skills within a Facility Management or MEP environment , and must have adequate knowledge of Water Treatment systems . Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical and plumbing technicians in day-to-day operations. Ensure all mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment installations and maintenance are carried out safely and efficiently. Diagnose faults, troubleshoot plumbing and mechanical issues, and oversee repair works. Monitor and maintain water treatment systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards. Prepare maintenance reports and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. Collaborate with the Operations and Facility Management teams to ensure quality service delivery. Maintain adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures. Requirements: Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years proven experience in mechanical or plumbing supervision, preferably within an MEP or Facility Management environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures . Adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in Water Treatment systems and maintenance .
