Marketing Officer

Description We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and retain clients, boost brand awareness, and generate sales for our products and services. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads Promote the company’s products and services both online and offline Develop and manage marketing campaigns, proposals, and presentations Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback Organize marketing activities, property exhibitions, and promotional events Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure consistency in messaging. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of OND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or sales role (real estate is a plus) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and within a team Target-driven, resourceful, and proactive Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
