Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to support business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI. Drive brand awareness and engagement through creative campaigns and initiatives. Support the planning and execution of promotional events, activations, and product launches. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing, preferably within consumer products or service-driven industries. Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns that drive sales and business growth. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools). Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Creative thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
