Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager who understands how premium brands speak and how to deal with HNI clients. This role sits at the intersection of brand management, business development, and client experience. You will own how Five28 is perceived across every touchpoint, from client conversations and proposals to digital presence and communications. Key Responsibilities Brand & Positioning Own and strengthen Five28’s brand positioning as a premium interior design and property development company. Ensure all brand communication reflects Five28’s standeards. Maintain brand consistency across decks, proposals, presentations and social media platforms. HNI & Client-Facing Communication Develop communication strategies tailored to HNI and UHNI audiences. Handle pitches, and presentations to clients. Review and refine written and visual communication to match the expectations of clients. Understand client psychology and adapt messaging accordingly. ⁠Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals. Oversee digital presence including social media, website content, newsletters, and campaigns, ensuring quality standards are upheld. Work with the social media manager to translate projects into compelling stories and case studies. Public Relations & Partnerships: Manage PR opportunities, brand features, collaborations, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and relevant platforms. Oversee brand reputation management when needed. Team & Vendor Management: Coordinate external vendors such as photographers, videographers, content creators etc. when needed. Review and approve all social media content to ensure they meet Five28 standards. Mentor junior team members or external vendors where applicable. Requirements 3 - 5 years experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within luxury, real estate, design, lifestyle, or premium service industries. BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or Public Relations or related field. Proven experience communicating with HNI or corporate executive-level clients. Strong understanding of brand tone, discretion, and client experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong eye for details. Strategic thinking ability. CIM certification is an added advantage.
