Market Access Manager

Description

Responsibilities Write proposals / concepts notes to, and work with different departments, agencies in line with our product offerings. Promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals, nutritionists, corporate organizations, and individuals. Keep current with the demand and supply of the company’s products/services, economic indicators, changing trends, and competitors. Work with all Agencies (International & Local) for shaping government policies, drive products acceptability and procurements. Develop and implement tactics in line with the strategic business plan and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products. Establish and maintain strong relationship with chain stores (e.g. Medplus, One Health Pharmacy, etc.) to drive sales growth. Work closely with the leadership team (Where possible) and other departments in the organizations such as Marketing and Commercial/Regulatory Affairs, Logistics Departments to ensure overall objectives of the organization. Administer allocated budget effectively to achieve sales targets, analyse ROI on sales initiatives. Stay appropriately networked and keep abreast of trends, news, procurement, and deadlines within both Government, healthcare and Private sectors so that all possible, new or enhanced opportunities are adequately utilized. Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Identifying and establishing new businesses. Requirements BSc in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or any other science related discipline Cognate work experience Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills Strategic and the ability to develop good relations with customers Strong leadership skill Proficient computer skills and data/information management capability.
