Job Description We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and professional Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through a variety of high-quality spa treatments, while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and holistic therapies in accordance with spa protocols and guest preferences. Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs, health conditions, and contraindications, adjusting services appropriately. Clearly explain treatment procedures, benefits, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to enhance guest understanding and satisfaction. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in all treatment rooms and spa facilities, including proper sanitation procedures between guests. Create a serene, relaxing, and professional environment that ensures guest comfort,, and overall satisfaction. Manage treatment schedules effectively, ensuring punctuality while staying flexible and responsive to changes or guest needs. Recommend suitable retail products or home-care routines to support guests' continued wellness and contribute to spa retail goals. Stay updated on the latest wellness and beauty techniques, trends, and products by participating in ongoing training and development sessions. Perform any other duties assigned by management or supervisors. Qualifications & Skills Certification or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or Spa-related field with 2-4 years experience. Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist or in a similar wellness environment. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times. Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
