Maintenance / Workshop Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance / Workshop Manager to oversee the maintenance operations and workshop activities, ensuring all equipment, machinery, and facilities are operating efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance and workshop operations Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are effectively implemented Manage and lead a team of technicians and workshop staff Diagnose faults and ensure timely repairs of equipment and machinery Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and performance metrics Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 5–8 years experience in maintenance or workshop management Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and repair processes Proven leadership and team management skills Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
