Salary - 250k Previous microfinance expereince Credit Analysis: Evaluate borrowers' financial health, cash flow, and credit history to assess default risk. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk assessment models and mitigation strategies, including collateral management. Loan Review: Approve or reject loan applications and review credit files to ensure compliance with company policy. Portfolio Management: Monitor credit portfolio performance to identify high-risk exposures and emerging trends. Compliance & Reporting: Prepare reports on credit risks for management and ensure adherence to internal policies and financial regulations
