We invite you to be a part of this remarkable journey. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (React Native / React) who is early in their career but hungry to grow fast. You don’t need to know everything, but you must: Care about clean, usable products Be willing to learn quickly Take ownership of what you build You’ll work closely with Engineers, product managers and designers to bring our fintech products to life. What You’ll Do Build and ship user-facing features across mobile (React Native) and web (React) Turn designs and wireframes into clean, functional UI Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs Fix bugs and improve performance across devices Contribute to improving code quality, structure and best practices Work with the team to ship features quickly and reliably Continuously learn and apply better frontend engineering practices What Success Looks Like in This Role You ship features that work and improve over time You ask XXXX XXXX and learn quickly You take feedback well and apply it You start owning small parts of the product end-to-end. What You’ll Need (Core Requirements) 1–3 years of experience in Frontend or Mobile Development Working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with React OR React Native Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design Familiarity with APIs (REST) and how the frontend connects to the Backend Experience using Git for version control Ability to debug issues and think through problems logically. Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with, or exposure to, Fintech and Financial services, Payments or related financial products Experience with TypeScript Understanding of performance optimization on mobile Familiarity with state management (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Context API) Experience shipping an app (personal, academic or professional).
