IT Services Monitoring and Operations Officer

Budget: 150k Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyse IT services to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Monitor IT infrastructure and services using monitoring tools Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime Analyse performance data to optimize IT services Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents Provide reports and insights to stakeholders Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field Experience: 0-3 years of experience in IT monitoring, help desk, or related role Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, SolarWinds, Nagios, Manage Engine) Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases) Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
