Information Communication Technology Engineer

ICT Engineers keep Promasidor’s ICT infrastructure and productivity software running smoothly. They install, maintain and improve hardware, operating systems, networks and end-user applications, while giving responsive support to colleagues. Successful candidates will be appointed Junior Or Associate level according to their experience and capability. Key Responsibilities & Activities Provide first-line help-desk support, log and resolve incidents, escalate when needed Install and configure PCs, printers, scanners; keep OS patches current; monitor backups Deploy and update Microsoft 365 tools; give basic user guidance. Plan and execute routine maintenance, troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, optimise performance. Maintain full lifecycle date, drive cost-effective utilisation Keep an accurate inventory; assist with procurement and disposal. Contribute to roll-outs and upgrades under guidance Record configurations and fixes. Spot day-to-day improvement opportunities. Lead assigned project tasks and hot agreed milestones. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field 2-4 years in IT support role CompTIA Network+ or similar certificate Ability to work in Lagos fully On-site.
