About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to support the HR function at Diya Fatimilehin & Co. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core HR operations, with strong competence in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Support and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems. Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and compliance with HR policies. Promote and support staff welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities. Handle employee relations matters, including grievance management and conflict resolution in line with company policy. Coordinate training and development programs, including planning, documentation, and evaluation. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases. Support HR policy implementation and compliance across the organization. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Completion of the mandatory NYSC programme is required. Minimum of 1–2 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably in a structured organization. Professional HR certifications (student/associate level) will be an added advantage. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Good understanding of HR principles, labour practices, and recruitment processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
