Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee performance management and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations issues as they arise. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the security industry. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
