HR Support Officer

Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR Salary : ₦150,000
- ₦200,000 monthly Net Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms Screen CVs and schedule interviews Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation Prepare employment letters (offer, confirmation, etc.) HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR documents Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and absenteeism Compliance & Policy Support: Ensure HR practices comply with Nigerian labor laws and company policies Assist in the development and communication of HR policies Support audits and HR reporting requirements Assist in organizing company events and staff welfare programs Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years experience in HR or administrative role (preferably in fintech or tech-driven environment) Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage Candidate must be leave around Amuwo Odofin / Apapa area of Lagos Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and proactive mindset Benefits: Health Insurance (HMO) Paid Leave Allowance Pension Contribution Learning & Development Opportunities Performance-Based Bonuses
