Hotel Night Duty Manager / Supervisor

Role Description The Hotel Night Duty Manager/Supervisor is a contract-based, on-site role located in Benin City. The individual will oversee all night operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the hotel. Responsibilities include managing guest services, supervising the front desk team, addressing guest inquiries promptly, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, monitoring nightly transactions, assisting with food and beverage service as needed, and providing support to the hotel's sales and event-related activities. The role also involves handling emergency situations and maintaining high standards of service quality. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, including problem-solving abilities and excellent communication Experience with Budgeting and basic financial reporting Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and excellent sales skills Solid leadership and team management capabilities Ability to work effectively during overnight hours Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Previous experience in hospitality management is a significant advantage Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
