Job Summary The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across all hotel departments. Uphold and enhance the hotel’s standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. Oversee operational efficiency, including front office, housekeeping, food services, and maintenance. Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies. Address guest feedback promptly, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution. Drive occupancy growth and revenue through effective planning and service excellence. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service excellence. Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
