Salary Expectation: 500k Performance Bonus: Based on lead conversion & system efficiency We are not looking for someone to “manage customers.” We are looking for someone to build a system that drives revenue, accountability and client retention at scale. If you understand: Sales funnels Lead tracking Conversion systems Follow-up discipline Then this role is for you. Your Mission To design and manage a powerful CRM system that ensures: No lead is lost No client is ignored Every opportunity is maximized What You Will Be Doing; Build and manage a structured CRM system Track all leads, inspections, follow-ups and conversions Hold the sales team accountable for performance Create systems that improve closing rates Develop client retention and referral strategies Generate performance reports and insights Who We Are Looking For You are result-driven and data-focused You hate disorganization and inefficiency You think in systems, not guesswork You can take ownership and deliver results without excuses Requirements 3–5 years experience in CRM, sales operations or real estate Strong understanding of sales process and client lifecycle Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Strong leadership and analytical skills What You Gain A leadership role with real authority Opportunity to build systems from the ground up Performance-based rewards Career growth into executive-level operations Important This is a results-driven role.
