Key Responsibilities: Lead all commercial activities across Leks Sports NG and its subsidiaries Drive sponsorship, partnerships, and revenue generation Develop and execute commercial strategies for Escola Park and associated events Identify and close high-value brand and corporate deals Build and manage long-term partner relationships Oversee commercial positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies Requirements: Proven experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial leadership Strong network within brands, corporates, or the sports/entertainment ecosystem Demonstrated ability to close deals and generate revenue Strategic thinker with strong execution capability Passion for sports, youth development, and building scalable platforms
