Leadership & Team Management: Leading cross-functional marketing teams Coaching and developing team members Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills. Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital channels (SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC) Understanding of content marketing and online customer journeys Data-driven campaign management. Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop compelling campaigns and brand stories Innovative thinking to differentiate the brand in competitive markets Strong sense of design, messaging, and customer appeal. Data Analysis & Performance Measurement: Ability to interpret marketing analytics and KPIs Measuring ROI on campaigns Using data to optimize strategies and improve performance. Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Stakeholder management (internal teams, clients, partners) Ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to executives. Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer behavior and needs Building customer loyalty and engagement strategies Enhancing customer experience across touchpoints. Budgeting & Financial Acumen: Managing marketing budgets effectively Allocating resources for maximum ROI Understanding revenue impact of marketing initiatives. Market Research & Insights: Conducting and interpreting market research Keeping up with industry trends and competitor activities Translating insights into actionable strategies. Project & Campaign Management: Planning and executing large-scale campaigns Time management and multitasking across multiple projects Coordinating with agencies and vendors. Requirements Qualification: Tertiary Degree of minimum BSc. An MBA will be an added Advantage Length of Experience: 10 Years and Above Type of Experience : Expert in Integrated marketing communication and branding in the Automobile, FMCG, Advertising Agency, or Multinational Enterprise.
