Job Summary We are a diagnostic center seeking a proactive and analytical Business Development & Growth Manager to drive patient volume, increase revenue, and strengthen our market position. The role involves evaluating our current business performance, conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies that translate into measurable sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to increase patient numbers and revenue Identify and build partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, clinics, and corporate organizations Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and service offerings Assess current business operations and recommend improvements Carry out feasibility studies for new services or expansion opportunities Track performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field MBA is an added advantage 3–6 years experience in Business Development, Growth, Strategy, or Marketing (healthcare experience is a strong advantage) Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and relationship management skills Self-driven and results-oriented Experience: Business Management: 4 years (Required) Market Research & Analysis: 4 years (Required) Key Skills: Strong Market Research & Analysis and Problem-solving skills Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability Strong communication and presentation skills Commercial awareness and business acumen Ability to challenge ideas constructively and think independently Data Interpretation.
