Job Summary Role Purpose The Group Head, Platforms will lead ARM’s digital investment platform strategy, driving growth, customer experience excellence, and product-led innovation across all client touchpoints. The role is accountable for defining the platform strategy, orchestrating cross-functional delivery, managing the full product lifecycle, and ensuring seamless integration with engineering, data, operations, and business teams. The Group Head, Platforms co-owns platform P&L with business segment leads, embedding a technology-enabled, scalable, and commercially disciplined product operating model Job Details Key Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Vision Define a unified, multi-year platform strategy that integrates mass affluent, high net worth, institutional and B2B2C propositions. Translate corporate objectives into clear product roadmaps, commercial milestones, and platform OKRs. Drive platform evolution: omni-channel architecture, modular product ecosystem, embedded finance, and partner-led scalability. Product Leadership & Portfolio Management Lead the product organization (Product Leads, Product Managers, UX/UI, Growth PMs). Prioritize product backlog using data-driven frameworks (ROI, customer value, effort/complexity). Oversee design excellence: customer journeys, UX research, behavioral design, funnel optimization. Own pricing, monetization, and feature rollout strategies. Customer Experience & Growth Champion a customer-centric culture—embed continuous discovery, journey mapping, segmentation, and digital engagement models. Drive growth and adoption through experimentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization engines, and analytics. Define and manage customer NPS, platform conversion, retention, AUM growth, and product usage metrics. Cross-Functional Delivery & Governance Co-own platform delivery governance with the Group Head of Technology and Head of Engineering (joint prioritization and sprint planning). Establish product-engineering rituals, roadmap governance, and release processes. Serve as executive sponsor for cross-functional squads delivering platform capabilities. Data & Insights Oversee platform analytics, customer data strategy, and insights frameworks. Drive decision-making using performance dashboards, cohort analysis, unit economics, and customer behavior analytics. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Build and manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, custodians, payment providers, data providers, and distribution partners. Manage vendor selection, API and integration strategy, and commercial negotiations. Leadership & Organizational Development Build a high-performance product organization with the right talent mix. Establish culture, team rituals, performance frameworks, and capability development. Requirements Required Skills & Experience 12+ years in Product, Platform, Digital Strategy, or Fintech leadership roles.
