Department: Operations / Production / Supply Chain Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainees who have completed their NYSC program and are eager to build a career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will undergo structured training across key departments, gaining hands-on experience in operations, supervision, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Participate in a structured graduate trainee program across various departments (Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Logistics). Assist in supervising daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Monitor workflow processes and ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations. Support team leads in coordinating staff and resolving operational challenges. Prepare reports, document processes, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of equipment and materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals. Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and driving assigned tasks to completion. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in any of the following fields: Engineering Supply Chain Management Logistics or related discipline Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). 0–2 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Key Competencies & Skills Good supervisory and leadership skills.
