Graduate Architect

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and talented Graduate Architect to join our dynamic architectural team. This Graduate Architect offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates in architectural science, NYSC members with a first-class or second-class upper in a reputable institution, to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts. Participate in project planning and design phases while working alongside senior architects. Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs comply with local regulations and project requirements. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations for client meetings. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to contribute fresh ideas to the team. Qualifications: First-class or Second Class Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (recent graduates or Corps members with a first-class or second class in architecture are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainable design practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with a passion for design and architecture.
