Flight Operations Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Flight Operations Engineer to support safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in flight planning, aircraft performance monitoring, and operational optimization, working closety with pilots dispatch, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for flight planning, including route analysis and fuel calculations. Monitor and analyze aircraft performance to ensure optimal efficiency and safety. Prepare and review operational reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards. Collaborate with flight crew, dispatch, and maintenance teams. Support continuous improvement of operational procedures and performance Requirements Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Relevant aviation certifications (eg, Flight Dispatcher License) are an advantage Knowledge of aviation regulations (eg. ICAO standards) is preferred Requirements : Minimum of 3—10 years' experience in flight operations or a related aviation environment Hands-on experience in flight planning fuel optimization, and aircraft performance analysis Familiarity with flight planning and perforrnance systems Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulatory cornpliance Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
