Flexo Printing Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexo Printing Operator to join our production team in a nylon manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality prints on nylon materials, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and minimal wastage. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate flexographic printing machines for nylon production Prepare printing plates, inks, and substrates according to job specifications Monitor print quality, color consistency, and alignment throughout production Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and minimal defects Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of printing equipment Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet daily output targets Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the printing area Accurately record production data, machine performance, and material usage Comply with health, safety, and quality standards at all times Requirements Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification 2–4 years proven experience operating flexo printing machines (preferably in nylon or packaging production) Strong understanding of inks, substrates, and printing processes Ability to detect and resolve print defects quickly Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines Key Skills & Competencies Technical proficiency in flexographic printing Quality control and attention to detail Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Time management and efficiency Teamwork and communication
