Description
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos Core Purpose of the Role Promptly confirm the status of chargeback claims and provide feedback within the stipulated timeline. Track and monitor payments and inventory for all products and services. Ensure timely resolution of customer escalations relating to failed transactions, wrong payments, unsuccessful transactions, and other related issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is compulsory. Proximity to Ajah/Sangotedo axis is required.
