Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Agent (FSA) to drive sales, acquire new customers, and expand market presence across Edo State. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and target-oriented. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new customers within assigned territories. Promote and sell company products to retailers, distributors, and construction sites. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Ensure timely order collection and follow up on payments. Provide regular sales and market reports. Requirements Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field. 1–3 years experience in sales (FMCG or building materials is an advantage). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Good knowledge of Edo market is a plus.
