Facility Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to ensure our school environment is safe, compliant, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance of school facilities, including classrooms, playgrounds, and common areas Ensure all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and security) are fully functional and compliant with safety standards Monitor and enforce health, safety, and safeguarding requirements across the school premises Coordinate contractors for repairs, maintenance, pest control, and waste management in line with school policies Conduct routine inspections to identify risks and ensure a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules for preventive servicing Respond promptly to facility-related issues to minimise disruption to learning Requirements: Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and facility systems Good understanding of health, safety, and safeguarding standards in a school environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong organisational and communication skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability Ability to work collaboratively within a school community If you are committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment , we encourage you to apply.
