Facility Manager
Description
Key Responsibilities Reporting to property manager Oversee the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the properties to ensure it is always issue free. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and other facility needs. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness standards are met. Manage utilities, inventory of supplies, and ensure cost-efficient operations. Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or emergencies to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and vendor services. Support occupants satisfaction by addressing facility concerns quickly and effectively. Academic Qualification and Skills HND / B.Sc in Electrical/ Electronic Engineeringor related field with 2-4 years working experience in similar capacity Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for building/facility. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and security protocols. Attention to details and sociable personality. Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
