Experienced Architect

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deg, planning, and overseeing construction projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards while aligning with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for projects. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions. Collaborate with structural engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, and contractors. Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications. Utilize CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software to produce drawings and 3D models. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Research and apply innovative design trends, materials, and construction technologies. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Excellent creativity, visualization, and design presentation skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Membership or eligibility for membership with ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria) is an added advantage. Key Competencies Creativity and innovation in design.
