Job Title: ESG / HSE Supervisor Department: Operations / Compliance Reports To: ESG/HSE Coordinator Level: Supervisory Location: Igbariam, Anambra Salary: 400k-500k net Monthly Our client, a rapidly growing agribusiness in Igbariam, Anambra State, is seeking an experienced ESG / HSE Supervisor to lead the implementation of health, safety, environmental, and sustainability practices across our operations. The role supervises HSE activities, ensures regulatory compliance, drives a strong safety culture, and supports ESG reporting and initiatives. Why Join Us? Attractive Salary 1 Year Company-Provided Accommodation HMO (Health Insurance) 13th Month Pay Transportation Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day HSE operations across sites and facilities Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements Deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks for staff and contractors Monitor ESG and HSE metrics and prepare reports Support sustainability initiatives including waste management and resource efficiency Supervise HSE officers and site safety representatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field Minimum of 5–6 years’ experience in HSE/ESG roles, with supervisory experience Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO or equivalent) are highly desirable Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, environmental standards, and risk management Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills Work Environment Field-based with regular site inspections May require emergency response and extended hours when needed Qualified candidates with strong HSE leadership and compliance experience are encouraged to apply.
