Attractive Salary 1-Year Company-Provided Accommodation HMO (Health Insurance) 13th Month Pay Company-assisted transportation (to and fro work) Role Summary We are seeking a proactive ESG / HSE Officer to drive environmental, social, governance (ESG) and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives across our operations. The role ensures compliance with safety standards, promotes a strong safety culture, and supports sustainable and responsible business practices. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance standards Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments Identify hazards and enforce corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis Deliver HSE trainings and awareness programs for staff Track and report ESG and HSE performance metrics Support sustainability initiatives including waste management and resource efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field Minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in HSE or ESG roles Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO, or equivalent) are an advantage Good knowledge of HSE regulations and environmental standards Strong attention to detail and risk management skills Good communication and training facilitation skills Work Environment Field-based with regular site inspections May require response to safety incidents or emergencies Qualified candidates with strong HSE and compliance experience are encouraged to apply
