Merchandising & Inventory: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales, Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to inform strategic decisions, Technical & Operational Support: Manage inventory and collaborate with logistics for smooth fulfillment, as detailed by Myskillsfuture.gov.sg. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Conversion Rate Average Order Value (AOV) Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns Website Traffic and Traffic-to-lead Ratio. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or IT. Experience: 3 - 5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role. Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
