Position Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive to plan, create, and manage engaging content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to take ownership of content from ideation to execution. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content performance, and audience engagement, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities Create engaging content for social media platforms (social & email) Develop video and visual content aligned with brand direction. Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar Ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms Monitor content performance (views, engagement, reach) Identify trends and insights to improve future content Work closely with the marketing, influencer, and creative teams. Requirements 3 - 5 years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Basic video editing and content creation skills Good writing and communication skills Strong organizational and time management ability. Nice to Have: Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar Basic analytics or reporting skills.
