Role Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Communications Operator to support structured communication tasks within a professional services environment. The firm operates across audit, advisory, and emerging areas such as cyber risk, providing exposure to a dynamic and evolving professional environment. This role is best suited for individuals who take ownership of their work, maintain high standards of accuracy, and are able to operate with minimal supervision. The focus is on disciplined execution and continuous improvement within a structured setting. Key Responsibilities Execute assigned digital communication tasks accurately and on time Read and understand materials before processing or publishing Maintain clear, clean, and professional formatting across all outputs Organise and manage digital files and communication materials Provide consistent updates on assigned responsibilities Build working familiarity with the firm’s services and operating environment Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professional conduct at all times Requirements Core Capabilities Ability to understand and follow instructions clearly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn tools and processes within a short time Basic familiarity with digital platforms and structured workflows Work Approach Consistency and discipline in execution Willingness to take ownership of tasks Readiness to learn independently when required Ability to work with minimal supervision Not Suitable For This role may not be a good fit for individuals who: Prefer constant supervision to complete tasks Are not comfortable learning independently Struggle with attention to detail Have difficulty following structured instructions Prefer highly flexible or unstructured work environments Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary of ₦150,000
