This role provides hands-on exposure across Electric Wireline, Slickline, Coiled Tubing, and Cementing services, offering a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting diesel-powered oilfield equipment. You will work in dynamic field environments (onshore, offshore, and swamp), gaining real-world experience that builds a strong foundation for a long-term technical career. Key Responsibilities Support the operation of diesel-powered equipment across multiple service lines to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. Assist with equipment startup, shutdown, and real-time monitoring during operations. Monitor and report key performance parameters such as temperature, pressure, and load conditions Mobilize with equipment and crew to field locations including onshore, offshore, and swamp environments Maintain high levels of discipline, responsiveness, and situational awareness in demanding field conditions Maintenance & Troubleshooting Assist in executing preventive maintenance programs (PM1, PM2, PM3) to ensure equipment reliability Support troubleshooting of diesel engines and associated hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform basic repairs and component replacements under supervision Ensure proper lubrication, servicing, and cleanliness of equipment Participate in routine inspections (daily, weekly, periodic) Identify early signs of wear, malfunction, or inefficiencies Support initiatives aimed at minimizing downtime and improving equipment performance HSSE Compliance Adhere strictly to all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety drills Ensure safe handling and usage of fuel, lubricants, and tools Documentation & Inventory Support maintenance documentation and reporting Assist in tracking spare parts, consumables, and tools Required Qualifications OND / HND in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Ability to troubleshoot and maintain good maintenance practices Basic understanding of: Diesel engine systems (fuel, cooling, lubrication) Mechanical systems and components Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop hands-on technical skills.
