Data Analyst

Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from relational (e.g., SQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., NoSQL, MongoDB). Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Present data-driven insights to senior management and other stakeholders in an understandable and actionable format. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency. Recommend improvements to data collection, storage, and analysis methods to enhance accuracy and reliability. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics. Requirements Proven experience working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset. Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
