Job Summary We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation across all Testify Limited platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content across digital channels, supporting marketing campaigns, and translating technical concepts into relatable, engaging narratives that resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business and growth objectives. Create high-quality content including articles, blog posts, social media content, videos, newsletters, and website copy. Translate technical QA and digital assurance concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content. Manage and maintain content calendars across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to support campaigns and initiatives. Produce content that drives engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Optimize content for SEO and digital performance. Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent posting and engagement. Monitor content performance metrics and optimize based on insights. Support brand storytelling, thought leadership, and PR initiatives. Cover events, webinars, and training sessions through live or post-event content. Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management. Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital services is an added advantage. Proven portfolio of content (writing, video, or multimedia). Skills and Competencies: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging content. Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies. Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut). Strong creativity and attention to detail. Good understanding of digital trends and audience behavior. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
