Description
Key Responsibilities Welcome clients, answer enquiries, and troubleshoot complaints Manage official phone line(s), first-line communication, and correspondence. Plan, deliver, and manage creative content on Social Media platforms. Handle receipt and outgoing deliveries of documents, parcels, dispatch, etc. Keep updated visitor records and files, and manage office supplies. Research and implement innovative trends and innovations in customer experience. Take up other duties as may be assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc). Requirements B.S.c / HND in a related field. Minimum 2 years of front-facing experience. Tech-savvy and Proficient with MS-Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Available for immediate resumption. Only residents of Lekki and environs (Please Do Not apply if not a resident).
