Chief Security Officer

KEY DUTIES To ensure the overall security and protection of company assets anywhere in Nigeria. To report to the management or any designated officer of any security issue(s) that could affect the smooth running of the organization. To work with the executives to decide on the priority of security needs and spend according to organization financial constraints and directives. Supervises all third-party security personnel to ensure they are functioning as appropriate in various Konga Offices and stores. Supervises all Mobile Police Officers at various Konga Offices and stores. Process salary payment for all security personnel and Police officers. Monitor the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises. To monitor security guards who protects property against theft and vandalism. To ensure that if anyone caught committing crime or tress passing will be transfer to custody of police or any other law enforcement personnel. Identify organizational protection goals and objectives, ensuring they are consistent with organizations strategic, safety plans. To ensure organizations security function adds value.
