Description
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently Provide accurate information about company products. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor Follow established call scripts, policies, and service standards Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores Requirements & Qualifications OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field Must be fluent in Hausa Language 1–2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role NYSC Completion/Exemption Strong verbal and written communication skills Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
