Business Manager

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven and commercially minded Business Manager to lead operations at our club, with a strong focus on revenue growth, premium customer experience, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets across all revenue streams (tables, drinks, events, VIP experiences) Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bookings, table reservations, and high-value clientele Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests and high spenders Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across all touchpoints Customer Experience & Retention: Ensure a world-class, seamless guest experience from entry to exit Actively monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues in real time Implement strategies to improve customer retention and repeat visits Oversee concierge, hosts, and service teams to ensure service excellence Operations Management: Oversee daily club operations including floor management, reservations, and service flow Ensure all operational standards, SOPs, and brand expectations are consistently met Coordinate with security, bar, kitchen, and floor teams for smooth execution Maintain a high standard of ambiance, cleanliness, and service delivery Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, coach, and manage frontline staff including hosts, waitstaff, and supervisors Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability across teams Monitor staff productivity, appearance, and service quality Work closely with HR on recruitment, training, and performance management Reporting & Business Insights: Track and report on sales performance, customer trends, and operational metrics Provide actionable insights to improve revenue and efficiency Monitor expenses and ensure cost control without compromising experience Key Requirements Experience: 4–7 years experience in hospitality, nightlife, lounge, or high-end restaurant management Strong proven track record in sales growth and customer experience management Experience managing high-pressure, fast-paced environments Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills Exceptional customer service and relationship management Leadership and team management capabilities Ability to think commercially and make data-driven decisions Personality Fit: Charismatic, confident, and people-oriented Highly proactive with a “take ownership” mindset Passionate about nightlife, entertainment, and premium experiences.
