Job Summary Triumph Power and Gas is looking for a Business Development Manager to bridge the gap between world-class technical solutions and innovative commercial strategy. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the AGM, where you’ll own the Go-To-Market roadmap for our newest services. You’ll spend your days building a powerhouse network of High-Value Leads and strategic partners, ensuring our footprint in the energy sector continues to expand Reports to: AGM, Business Development Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement business development and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability. Manage relationships with High Value Customers (HVCs) and develop prospective High Value Leads (HVLs). Provide market intelligence and analysis on potential customer and sales opportunities for Onshore and Offshore EPIC Projects. Build strategic alliances with global partners (OEMs and ISPs) to broaden revenue streams. Design implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products and services. Conduct market research and prepare business reports for management, partners, and clients. Manage relationships with key state-owned business units (NUIMS, NIPEX, NETCO, NEPL, NGC) and regulators (NCDMB, NUPRC, NMPDRA). Lead project reviews, proposals, and tendering for prospective opportunities in Energy, Power, Marine, and Industrial sectors. Conduct commercial negotiations and structure service contracts with key customer accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, QHSE) and participate in networking events and industry exhibitions. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage. Skills & Knowledge: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, commercial acumen, and market analysis skills. Excellent communication and relationship management. Minimum Experience: 6 years+ in Business Development within the Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors, with proven experience in managing large accounts and partnerships. Professional Memberships: Relevant industry associations preferred. Technical Skills & Competence Requirements: Understanding of rotation assets and energy industry
