Business Development Manager (Gig/Freelance Projects)
Description
We are looking for a driven operator who can bring in U.S. based remote freelance projects/jobs and ensure they get delivered well. This role owns the full cycle. You will source freelance (platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, TaskRabbit, or similar platforms) and contract projects/jobs, close deals, and coordinate execution with a distributed team. You are measured by one thing: consistent revenue from completed projects. What You Will Do Business Development (Primary Focus) Source United States freelance, contract remote projects/jobs from platforms, clients, and partners Build and manage a steady pipeline of opportunities Reach out to prospects and pitch our services Grow monthly project volume and revenue Operations & Delivery Assign projects to the right freelancers or internal team members Coordinate timelines, scope, and deliverables Track progress and ensure deadlines are met Maintain quality control across all projects Handle client communication during execution What You Own Monthly project volume Revenue generated Project success rate (on time, on budget, quality) Client satisfaction and repeat business Who You Are Strong closer.
